Manager: Camel Harris

Mindfulness, Insight, Self-Compassion

In this workshop we will explore how the practice of mindfulness and insight lead to the development of wisdom, self-compassion and compassion for others. We will reflect on the meaning of the Buddha’s teaching in the Acrobat Sutta; “Protecting oneself, one protects others. Protecting others, one protects oneself” and the impact of these words on our lives in the present.

There will be guided sitting and walking meditations, time for reflection, questions and discussion.
