The Buddha's Eight-Fold Path starts with Right Understanding and then, based on that, Right Effort. Unlike anything else we take on this is not about 'doing' or 'gaining' anything but of letting go, relaxing and releasing. So that our spiritual journey is a steady uncovering of a more peaceful, happier mind. We will spend a day exploring how this all works.
This day is suitable both for those with experience and those new to meditation practice.
