A day of practice based on the Buddha’s teachings on liberation through mindfulness of breathing.
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
The day will feature periods of meditation in various postures (sitting, standing, walking) as well as reflections, guidance & space for dialogue.
The teachings will be inspired by the Discourse on Mindfulness of Breathing, one of the central teachings of the Buddha.
This is a very practical, accessible and direct teaching that points to a freedom that’s possible in any moment when seen with wisdom and clarity.
This day is suitable both for those with experience and those new to meditation practice.
Held at Teach na Tuiseana, Marree, Clarinbridge.
