Ajahn Appamado Meditation Workshop

Saturday 11th July, 9.30am - 5.00pm

hosted by: ?

The Buddhist teachings are vast and all encompassing and one can be overwhelmed with the diversity and complexity of subjects expounded.

How to apply these teachings to our lives, how to use them in daily life, how can they be a source of true guidance for a happier, freer and more meaningful existence? How can they be, in practice, a way of living?

Again and again, core teachings such as the ‘Four Foundations of Mindfulness’ prove to be a direct and pragmatic Path in our Inner Realisation, and the consequences in ours and others lives, are palpable and filled with compassion and discernment. To bear in mind and understand deeply the ‘Four Foundations of Mindfulness’ is a way of giving structure to the Buddhist principles that we hold as a base for our way of relating to the world.

This is a free on-line event. Please arrive before 9.30am. It is not possible to do only part of the workshop. Please read and follow our Best Practise for On-Line Dhamma
